With over 25 years' experience, Lauren Cotner has been a private chef, organized and catered events, managed personal details & assisted notable names in the tech industry, George Lucas, Steve Young, Kirk Hammett, Arianna Huffington, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Real Housewives of Orange County, Metallica and more.

Lauren is world-travelled, recently opened her second restaurant in the Sonoma Valley and draws inspiration from Sonoma County's seasons and her travels from Almafi to Bali.​​​
